Leaving Islam in the end meant losing my family and community - and I have never been happier! Science filled the gap intelllectually and I am free of any religion. Working hard and becoming economically free meant no dependancy on any muslims or religious communities. Having my own family and bringing up a child free of religious dogma provides all the fullfilment I need. So find a way and leave Islam on your terms!
