I am quite young (21) and leaving Islam can be a lonely and scary experience. Your friends, family and community ostracize you. Even though I believe that my parents will come around and accept my decision. I am looking for space/community where I can do the most basic of human things......talk.
Talk openly about my fears, my ambitions etc but more importantly, I want to listen to other people and what challenges they face and how they overcome them. I think listening to them will give me the courage to face my own problems.
