Dear Madame/Sir.

I have left Islam a long time ago, I was brought up in a normal muslim family.
During my childhood years, I was only a muslim by tradition enjoying Eids and Celebrations.
My way to atheism started during high school when I heard that one of my friends had a fight with her dad after rushing and telling him she wanted to leave islam.

Then I started questioning the faith to finally understand that all of it was manmade fake.

Anyway, I stopped fasting, praying... but nothing serious. I didn't preach atheism at the time.

After a few years, I got sick and had to go through multiple surgeries with a strong chance of dying. (The extreme faithless test)

I felt the need to pray, but said to myself that a god who wants me dead because I didnt believe in him should not be a god.

The surgeries were successfull ( alhamdu li Dawkins)

From then, I try to preach atheism and secularism as much as I can.

I would like to join your community so I can help other muslims see the truth, and support ex muslims.
