My name is Shahadat Hossain, and I'm from Bangladesh. I'm currently studying for a Master's degree at the University of Liverpool.
I am writing to express my interest in joining the Council of Ex-Muslims of Britain. As an atheist and ex-Muslim from Bangladesh, I have always felt apprehensive about sharing my beliefs. I believe CEMB's work in promoting safety and acceptance for ex-Muslims is vital, and I would be grateful for the opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences.
