I was raised a strict Muslim and hated not having any freedome growing up had an arenaged marriage at 17 to an older religious Muslim. He wanted to raise out daughters the same way. I wanted them.to.be more westernised. He always moaned how they started dressing and went mad when he found out aisha our oldest daughter was dating an older white guy and was very abusive. After this I got divorced and stoped being Muslim. Very glad that no longer have to raise my own daughters as Muslims
