I'm an ex Muslim from Bangladesh who was raised in Saudi Arabia. In both of these countries, I saw countless atrocities committed in the name of religion and also experienced a lot of discrimination myself as my father was an atheist. I ended up becoming an agnostic atheist myself in my teens after years of trying to fit in as a proper Muslim. I would like to join this organization as I would like to be a part of a community of like minded individuals. I also believe this community can help expand my own knowledge and beliefs.
