I never have been a muslim and was raised by non-practising \"cultural\" christian parents, falling in love with science and nature at a young age and being encouraged to follow these interests, which lead me quite early on to the conclusion that religion was nonsense. I\'m a proud and outspoken atheist and I wanted to voice my support for this organisation and what it stands for.

I hope that asylum is granted to anyone here needing it. This country should welcome rational freethinkers and protect them from the very real threat that comes with being openly atheist/non-muslim in an islamic theocracy. I wish everyone all the best and hope you find support and comfort among your fellow freethinkers, at the very least knowing that you\'re not alone.
