I’m an ex-Muslim atheist living in Pakistan. I left Islam quietly, but I can’t speak openly due to the risks around me. My family and others have started noticing changes, and I constantly feel judged, unsafe, and mentally exhausted.

I’m joining CEMB because I need a space where I can be honest and connect with people who understand what this feels like. I don’t have anyone I can talk to here, and the isolation is getting harder to manage. I hope that being part of this community will help me stay strong and find a way forward.
